WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is part coach, part motivator, part leader.
Lead high-energy, 45-minute group workouts (strength, cardio, kickboxing)
Command a room of 15–60 members and make every person feel seen
Give real-time coaching, form corrections, and modifications
Push people past mental barriers safely and effectively
Support members with simple, sustainable nutrition guidance
Build real relationships…you’ll know names, stories, and goals
Create an environment people don’t want to miss
This is not a “clock in, clock out” role. This is a
you change someone’s day in 45 minutes
role.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
You don’t need to be perfect. But you do need presence.
You have energy people feel immediately
You’re confident leading a room and speaking in front of groups
You genuinely care about people and their progress
You’re coachable, reliable, and bring consistency
You show up prepared and ready to deliver
Experience helps, but it’s not everything.
Backgrounds that crush here: Fitness instruction, athletics, dance, performing, teaching, sales, public speaking
No experience? If you have the right presence and attitude, we’ll train you.

THE DETAILS
Part-time role (morning and/or evening classes)
Consistent schedule preferred
Paid training + certification provided
$20–$30 per class (based on experience and performance)
CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain)
