Medley at Mirada is hiring for a HOA Administrative Assistant role! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Essential Job Duties:
Provide support to management staff with mailings, phone calls, general correspondence, handling walk-ins, and assembling membership packages
Assist with questions, policies, concerns, or complaints in a timely, professional manner
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Provide exceptional customer service to members to ensure a memorable experience
Assist with Architectural Review applications: review with owners for compliance with submission requirements, manage applications and correspondence
Act as receptionist and information source to the general public and provide information to orient new owners about the HOA and amenities
Maintain and update community website and create promotional materials for the website and weekly e-blast communications to members
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to directly communicate with owners and guests
Assist Community Association Manager in various special projects as needed
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years’ experience in a customer service position required
Special Skills:
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
Able to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs
Possess and be able to present a professional demeanor at all times to members and guests
