Standard Professional teaching certificate and a Provisional or full Moderate/Severe Disabilities, PreK-12 endorsement
Also requires:
Bilingual, ESL, or SEI Endorsement required (can obtain after hire)
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
