Hours : 10-20 Hours/Week (Monday – Friday) during Internship – one day a week on site, other hours can be remote.
CamAres Inc. is a trusted Zoho Premium Partner specializing in Agile-based business consulting, custom Zoho One implementations, data migration, and ongoing support. We serve diverse industries by providing tailored solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Deluge.
Internship program requires one day a week on site at our Maplewood office with other hours worked remotely. It is an intensive, learning experience designed for tech-savvy, driven individuals who want to jumpstart their career in Zoho development. Interns gain real-world exposure to Zoho solutions and CRM customizations while demonstrating their initiative and problem-solving skills.
Top-performing interns may be offered a 1-year apprenticeship with structured evaluations and the potential to be promoted to Developer upon demonstrating mastery in Zoho Creator and Deluge.
Phase 1: Internship
What You Will Do
Earn Zoho CRM Certification : Take 20 hours to study for and successfully completing the Zoho CRM certification.
Shadow and Learn : Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers.
Work on small sandbox-based and spreadsheet tasks.
Execute "test" development projects to assess technical and analytical skills.
In addition to learning about the Zoho tech stack, you will be exposed to advanced development projects involving AI.
Apply Your Coding Skills
Demonstrate Ownership : Show a "leave it up to me" attitude by taking initiative and independently bringing solutions to the table.
Evaluation Criteria
Interns will be evaluated on technical skills, problem-solving ability, and self-sufficiency. Successful interns will be invited to continue as apprentices.
You need to be tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to learn Zoho development. You must commit to the hybrid schedule, complete Zoho CRM certification, show initiative, and be open to a clear learning, apprenticeship, developer path.
