W.K. Thomas & Associates is a private, family-owned construction company with offices in Bulter, PA and serving all of western Pennsylvania.
We are currently seeking a full-time reliable and detail-oriented
Administrative/Accounting Assistant
to support daily operations and basic accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and financial tasks in a collaborative construction environment.

$19-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
9 am-5 pm

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping preferred
Experience in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day office operations
Assist with preparing and managing construction contracts
Track and maintain subcontractor Certificates of Insurance
Manage subcontractor agreements and documentation
Support accounting tasks including invoicing and check mailings
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups
Performs other related duties as assigned
