Responsibilities
Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables and other items required for line.
Maintains the highest food quality and safety standards.
Utilizes daily prep lists to ensure all stations are properly set up and ready for each service.
Labels, dates, and rotates all products to minimize waste and maximize yields.
Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
Assists with other duties as assigned by Cafe Manager/Supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
