
Administrative Assistant

Seeking a capable administrative support staff member to address the day-to-day operations and program execution needs of the 746th Test Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM.
Duties
Administrative support role is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties, but not limited to the following:
Composing routine nontechnical correspondence
Consolidating and finalizing information for various reports
Gathering and summarizing information from files and documents for supervisors, managers, and team leads
Routing and filing test documents
Proofreading and editing correspondence and documents for correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and format
Receiving telephone calls, greeting visitors, and ascertaining the nature of the calls or visits
Reviewing and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives
Managing schedules, calendars, meetings, conference calls, routing and tracking staff packages and awards, and updating databases
Critical thinking, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills are required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Experience may be substituted for education with customer approval.)
2-5 years of experience.
Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; Active Secret clearance desired.
