Position Details
Position: Server (Part Time)
Location: Joplin, Missouri (3002 S John Duffy Dr.)
Wage range: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour.
Shift schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Be a host, greet residents, and foster a welcoming dining environment.
Prepare dining areas and service, including setting tables, preparing salads, and ensuring silverware readiness.
Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness to support community pride.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must read, write, and communicate in English at 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude; love residents.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day and lift up to 50 pounds.
Capable of assisting residents with mobility and post‑fall care.
Criminal clearance required.
