When fully operational, the 505,000-square-foot facility will house 292 beds – 200 for adult patients and 92 for children and adolescents. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Food Service Operation.
Previous Barista experience.
Cash Register experience.
Job Duties
Completes and maintains all job performance requirements and standards as established in the employee handbook and Position Time and Duties.
Maintains all standards as required in the Disciplinary points section of the employee handbook.
Maintains and promotes a positive work environment with both internal and external customers. Promotes sales by educating customers and explaining drink menu; answering questions.
Sets up cash register. Receives and verifies cash till, counts operating cash and places in register. Logs off of register every time the cashier steps away.
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
Maintains required records, statistics, particularly those involved in cashiering such as register tapes. Adheres to cash handling guidelines.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation and organization regulations.
Attends in-service meetings and other required training and meetings as directed. Completes Taleo within allotted timeframe.
Reports defective equipment/supplies, cashiering problems and unusual conditions to supervisor. Alerts supervisor to customer issues and complaints; maintains a professional demeanor and appearance.
Achieves Press Ganey score of 95% or higher.
Ensures safety/sanitation guidelines are met by keeping work area clean and promptly addressing issues that might compromise safety, such as wet floors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
