Job Summary:
We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills. We offer part‑time and full‑time opportunities with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$23 (with potential for growth) in a supportive, clinically driven workplace.

Responsibilities:

Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with structured training and ongoing support

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Passion for working with children!

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)

No prior ABA experience required – we provide full training

Physical Requirements:
This is an active, hands‑on role working directly with children. The Registered Behavior Technician must be able to frequently sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and transition between floor and standing positions; lift or support children up to 40–50 pounds as clinically appropriate; engage in active play and movement‑based learning; physically prompt and model skills outlined in treatment plans; respond quickly to ensure client safety; maintain stamina for multiple sessions per day; work across clinic, home, school, or community settings; and manage environments that may include loud noises or unpredictable behaviors.
