ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for a Landscape Crew Member to join its growing team! This is a full‑time, year‑round, benefit‑eligible position with opportunity for long‑term career growth. We pay weekly.
Duties
Perform various duties related to groundskeeping and maintenance.
Dig, plant, and maintain gardens and lawns.
Use hand tools and equipment to perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
Provide care for trees and shrubs, including pruning and watering.
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred.
Valid driver’s license is preferred.
Must successfully complete a background check.
Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk 10+ miles a day.
