The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
high-performing Warehouse Associate with natural leadership ability
to support our 2nd Shift operations in Bellmawr, NJ.
This is
not a manager role , but it is a step above a standard associate—ideal for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and can help guide the team alongside the 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies
✅ Verify orders and ensure accuracy of pick lists and shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow and reinforce company safety standards and procedures
Support the 2nd Shift Manager in coordinating workflow and priorities
Help guide team members, answer questions, and keep operations moving
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
What We’re Looking For
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Forklift experience preferred (in-house certification provided)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong team player with a
lead-by-example mindset
Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or
informal leadership/lead role
preferred
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to balance productivity with accuracy
