Elementary Science Teacher (4-6 Grade)

We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Science Teacher (4th–6th Grade) who is passionate about fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and academic growth through hands‑on, standards‑based science instruction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective science instruction aligned with TEKS.
Utilize engaging, hands‑on, and inquiry‑based teaching strategies.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.
Establish and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance.
Support campus and district initiatives and participate in school activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid Texas teaching certification.
Certification in Core Subjects EC–6 or relevant grade‑level certification (preferred).
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Commitment to student success and continuous professional growth.
Experience teaching upper elementary grades (preferred).
Strong background in science instruction and STEM integration (preferred).
Familiarity with TEKS and Texas assessment expectations (preferred).
Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
