R8809Under general supervision of the Cardiac Services Manager, Exercise Program Coordinator, and the Medical Director the Exercise Technician will be competent in helping cardiopulmonary participants with risk factor modification, assist in the development of exercise prescriptions, protocols, and supervise exercise therapy.**Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:*** Good organizational skills* Demonstrates clinical competence* Computer literate**Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:*** ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist(R)(ACSM-CEP(R) preferred**Educational Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology or related field required**License/Certification:*** Current Basic Life Support certification**Age Specific Criteria:** Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.**Ability to Meet Job Performance Expectations:** Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reason able accommodation.-Salary Range:$18.71-$28.26### Sturdy Memorial Hospital is an equal employment opportunity employer.
