Description
This role involves efficient and accurate processing of customer deals across all branch divisions, ensuring timely booking and funding. The position requires effective communication with branch coordinators, sales representatives, administrative departments, and finance partners. Monthly reporting and a solid grasp of order processing skills beyond entry level are also key aspects of the role.
Responsibilities
Creating new workbook
Charting
Keeping up with your email, responding according and calendaring
Communicating with branch coordinators, sales rep’s and finance partners
Processing deals with the finance partners
Completing all work assigned to you
Processing any task that are assigned to you by your supervisor or manager.
Working monthly reports
Processing orders in E-Automate and Agent Dealer
Experience & Skills
Analysis (problem identification)
Attention to Detail
Ability to work in a team environment.
Technical knowledge/skills
Great communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience using E-Auto preferred.
Education and Certification
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Industry experience 5+ years
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel.
Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle, control computer and telephone keyboard.
Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents.
Ability to regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand.
Ability to understand the speech of others.
Occasionally lift 10-30 pounds
