Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warranty Admin to join their team. As a Warranty Admin, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting warranty management and customer satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift
Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift (start time flexible between 7:00–8:00 a.m.)
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to warranty-related phone calls and emails from customers and service centers
Review and verify warranty eligibility in accordance with company policies
Accurately enter, update, and manage warranty claims using Salesforce, Avante, and customer portals
Communicate claim decisions, next steps, and resolutions effectively to all stakeholders
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all warranty claims and monitor open or aging claims to ensure timely closure
Qualifications / What’s Needed?
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warranty management systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
