Quality Management Specialist
and play a key role in strengthening and advancing our Quality Management System (QMS) across our High Voltage Product Americas group. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the organization, support high-impact projects, and help embed a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Your work will directly support customers worldwide as they transition toward a more sustainable, decarbonized energy future. By ensuring efficient, reliable, and resilient grid solutions, you’ll contribute to reducing carbon emissions while delivering products and services that meet the highest quality standards. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you’ll make an impact
Maintain and execute the document management system
Support teams in effective use of QMS documentation and tools
Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, and records
Define processes and acceptance criteria and deliver related training
Plan, schedule, and document internal quality audits
Support customer, certification, and management review audits
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans and continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to travel up to 20%
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum three years of experience in Quality Assurance
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
Experience performing internal quality audits
Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience is a plus
