Program Manager – Arlington, VA
Secuirgence is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of a program to provide enterprise IT services to our DARPA client. The role includes delivering IT services, including Cyber Security, Networking, Customer Support, Engineering, Software Development, Assessment, and Authorization, following ITIL, SAFe, RMF processes.
Responsibilities
Execute all facets of program management such as cost, schedule, reporting, and engagement risk management.
Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and individual contributors.
Foster a culture of customer‑centric collaboration.
Oversee tracking of contract requirements and service levels.
Lead program/project issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across channels, responsible for providing management direction in these areas and ensuring clear communication, consideration of all factors, generation of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plans.
Lead and manage a diverse range of IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system integrations, and data migrations while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high‑quality outcomes.
Maintain oversight and accountability for program performance, including creation/review of key project delivery metrics.
Prepare and deliver regular, audience‑specific communications/reports/dashboards to ensure that program sponsors, key stakeholders, and corporate leadership are apprised of program and project statuses, successes, risks, and issues.
Manage and track project/program budget/variance and take corrective actions.
Propose changes to project methodologies and frameworks, and promote best practices for continuous process improvement.
Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience as a government contract Program Manager in a complex IT environment.
Active IAT Level III Certification, e.g., CISSP, CASP+ CE.
Must have active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience managing federal government contracts larger than 50 FTEs.
Project Management experience.
Expert strategic management and customer messaging skills.
Drives cross‑functional teams in the delivery of high‑risk, complex programs/projects to achieve customer priorities.
