Summary Of Job Description:
The Project Administrator - ERP oversees project progress, status, budget, and resource utilization for multiple projects. This position identifies resources needed for their projects and then works with the Project Manager(s) to complete those projects on time and within budget. The Project Administrator performs project, program, and portfolio level administrative duties as required.
Job Responsibilities
Oversees project progress, status, budget, and resource utilization for multiple projects to ensure projects stay on track. Notifies Project Manager concerning any deviations from plan.
Works with Project Manager(s) to identify and plan resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
Communicates project status to project leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Administers execution of the project plan and schedule for rolling out a new or modified system or product, creating system documentation such as documentation manual, FAQs, and user’s guide.
Schedules and facilitates the kick‑off meeting for each project, communicating purpose of the project, as well as project status meetings. Helps project team establish milestone date and tracks that milestones are met.
Prior experience in administration of ERP systems, specifically Workday highly preferred.

Qualifications - External
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS or related field
Minimum three years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range
P2: $34.85 - $48.79 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
