Job Summary
As a Program Manager for an IT Program, you will design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. You will apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You must be able to work without considerable direction, mentor, and may supervise team members.
Qualifications
Experience in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination
Experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies
Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting
Ability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Information Systems, or 5+ years of experience in managing DoD projects
PMP Certification
Nice to Have
Strong analytical and leadership skills, to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints
Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management Certification
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges between $86,800.00 and $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Total compensation includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible for Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
