We are seeking a
high-performing, experienced Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-level customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Accurately diagnose customer concerns and translate them into actionable repair orders
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition, mileage, and history
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
Prepare precise estimates for parts and labor with a focus on transparency
Manage workflow efficiently in a high-volume environment
Proactively communicate repair status and timelines with customers
Ensure accuracy of final invoices and completed work
Upsell services ethically while prioritizing customer needs
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required
Proven ability to perform in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
