top-performing Service Manager
who knows how to run a high-output shop, maximize technician productivity, and deliver consistent results.

hours per RO
Maximize technician output, efficiency, and proficiency
Maintain
clean shop flow and eliminate downtime

What You’ll Own
Shop production:
technician output, efficiency, and total throughput
Dispatching & workflow:
organized RO flow with zero bottlenecks
Performance management:
holding technicians accountable to clear metrics
Profitability:
labor gross, ELR, hours per RO, and overall shop performance
Quality control:
minimizing comebacks and maximizing first-time fix
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience running a
high-volume dealership service department
A highly
organized, team-oriented leader
who keeps the shop operating efficiently
Strong ability to
maximize technician output and shop productivity
Numbers-driven mindset
(efficiency, proficiency, ELR, hours/RO)
Confident leader who
coaches, develops, and holds team members accountable
Thrives in a
fast-paced, performance-driven environment
GM experience is a strong plus
