
Call Center Associate - Hohenwald

Job Title:
Call Center Associate / Full-time
Shift:
1st Shift, 2nd Shift
RESPONSBILITIES
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Conducts pre-admission interviews on prospective clients, according to specified state regulations.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other pertinent information, as needed.
Sets appointments for admission to the facility.
Maintains strict adherence to confidentiality standards at all times.
Enforces facility/house rules while on duty.
Handles crisis situations as needed.
Performs other assignments that become necessary to perform in carrying out the daily functions of the facility, including clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating and chart auditing.
Assists team members with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills. Ability to type 30 wpm. Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Electronic Health Record software
To meet programming needs, must be willing to submit to flexible schedules and duty assignments. If in personal recovery, demonstrates commitment to own recovery (one to two years of continuous sobriety is desired)
Pass a Background Screening and Drug Test, required
Keeps current CPR and First Aid certifications, required
Valid TN D.L. with "F" endorsement required; "F" endorsement can be obtained once hired
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Higher Learning degree preferred but not required
