Development Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Your Mission:
Take the lead on complex data center development projects—from concept to completion. You’ll own design, deconstruction, and construction delivery while partnering daily with contractors, engineers, designers, commissioning teams, and operations leaders.
What You’ll Do
Run multiple campus projects with full oversight of budgets, schedules, and reporting
Present clear, executive-ready project updates that drive fast decisions
Build master development programs, capital budgets, and campus‑level design plans
Manage entitlement, permitting, and multi‑phase site development
Write scopes, evaluate proposals, negotiate costs, and guide procurement
Lead project scheduling, contractor management, submittal coordination, and change order reviews
Oversee construction security protocols and commissioning workflows
Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams on client‑specific technical solutions
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead OAC meetings
Support due diligence for new sites and help evolve internal project management processes
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
7+ years in commercial construction, including LS, CMAR, and Design‑Build delivery
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive communication and budgeting
Ability to travel up to 50%
Bonus Points
MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Management
Data center development experienceStrong MEP management expertise
