We’re looking for a Program Manager to support our Advisor Support Network and Business Advisory Services divisions. In this role, you’ll drive advisor support, coordinate key projects, improve internal operations, and help deliver a seamless, high-quality advisor experience.

What you’ll do
Deliver an Exceptional Advisor Experience
Serve as a trusted point of contact between advisors and internal teams
Build strong relationships through responsive communication and consistent follow-through
Anticipate advisor needs and proactively provide updates, resources, and solutions
Help create a high-touch, high-value experience with every interaction
Drive Projects Forward
Manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
Coordinate with multiple internal teams to remove roadblocks and keep momentum moving
Provide clear updates, documentation, and reporting throughout each project lifecycle
Resolve advisor-related issues by partnering with internal teams and seeing solutions through to completion
Track priorities and progress using Salesforce and project management tools
Support Communications & Marketing Efforts
Coordinate the development and maintenance of advisor-facing collateral and materials
Partner with creative teams to ensure materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time
Assist with advisor communications, updates, and messaging initiatives
Strengthen Operations
Provide operational and administrative support to leadership
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and day-to-day priorities
Build and improve processes that create efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Support reporting, special projects, and strategic initiatives
Experience you’ll bring
2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, account management, client service, or a related field
A client-first mindset and passion for delivering excellent service
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Problem-solving ability with confidence navigating challenges
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Analytical thinking and comfort working with data, deadlines, and details
Bonus Points
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in a client-facing or advisor support role
Background in financial services, wealth management, or professional services
