Guest Services Agents support daily operations while delivering exceptional service and assisting guests throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities

Smile and create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Assist guests with purchasing tickets, activities, season passes, waivers, employee IDs, Fireside Lockers, event tickets, and lost & found inquiries.

Process guest payments using cash, credit cards, gift cards, coupons, and vouchers.

Provide accurate information and directions about Camelback Resort.

Address guest service issues by resolving concerns and processing refunds when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.

Strong listening, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Ability to manage cash drawers accurately.

Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts (typically 8+ hours) to respond quickly to guest needs and support operational flow.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 15 lbs.

Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
