Repair and replace vinyl wall covering as well as dry wall repair. Sand and stain doors.**Summary**The Interior Finish Technician is responsible for the removal and installation of wall vinyl, paint, casework finish, and wall hangings required for wall finishing projects in a safe and professional manner.**Job Description**Knowledgeable in paint, paste, casework finish, wall finish product applications, and small wall patching repair.May be required to assist other Construction Services trades to complete construction projects. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Able to differentiate colors precisely. Utilizes varies machines/equipment such as paint sprayers, vinyl machine, and basic tools. Able to work on high equipment, such as lifts, ladders etc. Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment. Requires flexibility with indoor and outdoor working conditions. Keeps in compliance with the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA).Travel may be required (estimated 10%).**Qualifications**Trade school, vocational school or apprenticeship in interior finish related field preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in commercial wall finish and repair preferred.
When applicable, may need a valid driver's license.
