CDL-A Regional Driver - 2 Weeks Out / 2–3 Days Home

CDL-A drivers

for a

dedicated 3M account based out of Aberdeen, SD , offering

high miles, consistent freight, and strong weekly pay .

Position Highlights

Home Time:

2 weeks out, 2–3 days home

Miles:

2,500 – 2,700 per week

Running Midwest & surrounding states (consistent lanes)

Pay & Compensation

$0.67 CPM (new hires)

$0.68 CPM after 12 months

Average annual pay:

$90,000

Additional Pay:

Drop & Hook: $20.50

Stop Pay: $29.00

Delay Pay: $20.00

Hourly rate (non-driving): $18.00

Freight & Equipment

90% drop & hook

(minimal touch)

Some live load/unload on backhauls

53’ dry van

2022+ Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia (automatic)

Bonuses

Requirements

Minimum

6 months recent CDL-A experience

Hazmat required within 120 days

(company reimburses)

Must be comfortable with

winter driving

Must be able to run

days, nights, and evenings
