Responsibilities
Serve as the real-time, in-person human point of contact for riders at designated areas
Authenticate riders via badge scanners and assist with vehicle hailing
Provide light crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed
Communicate service status and assist riders during disruptions or emergencies
Support cross-operations communication through various channels
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or other customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to positive experiences
Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
Proactive mindset and resourcefulness in dynamic environments
