Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final product dimensional inspections and verify line clearances before production starts.
Quickly identify, segregate, and thoroughly document any nonconforming products, escalating process or quality issues as needed.
Review production records for completeness to facilitate product releases and generate Certificates of Conformance (CoC).
Assist with equipment calibration, verification activities, and ongoing ISO certification efforts.
Aid in continuous improvement initiatives, address customer quality concerns, and provide vital support during customer audits.
