Ticket Seller Supervisor
Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Ticket Seller Supervisor to lead our front‑line ticketing team for the Water & Theme Parks. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized in a fast‑paced environment, and stepping into a leadership role, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while being part of a fun, high‑energy team.
Full‑time, Part‑time & Seasonal exempt positions available, nights and weekends required
Shifts fall between 8:30am and 9 or 10:00pm based on park hours and guest occupancy.
Ages 16+ preferred.
What You’ll Do
As a Ticket Seller Supervisor, you’ll balance hands‑on service with team leadership. You’ll support daily operations, train team members, and ensure every guest interaction is smooth, accurate, and welcoming.
Lead and support Ticket Sellers during daily operations
Assist with training new team members
Process ticket sales, rentals, refunds, and transactions (cash & credit)
Balance and manage daily cash drawers
Help guests with tickets, rentals (strollers, wheelchairs, lockers), and general park questions
Stay up to date on promotions, discounts, and park events
Ensure a clean, organized, and guest‑friendly work environment
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Coordinate and monitor cabana sales and guest needs
Support wristband scanning, carry‑in checks, and general entrance flow
Maintain knowledge of park layout, policies, and safety requirements
Restock supplies and assist with general upkeep of work areas
Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines

Comfortable leading peers and setting the tone for the team
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable handling cash and basic math calculations
Basic computer/POS system skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in busy or stressful situations
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
