Business Development Manager (Data & AI / Modern Data Platforms)
Holisticon Insight is an established IT consulting company specializing in delivering cutting‑edge solutions in IoT, Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning to clients across Sweden, the US, UK and DACH.

As we expand our global reach, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Poland.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle and actively build our position on the European market (with a strong focus on Poland and the Nordics).

At Holisticon Insight, we help companies become truly data‑driven – by building modern data platforms, developing advanced analytics (BI), and implementing AI/ML solutions that support real business decisions.

In this role, you won’t be selling generic IT services – you will be working closely with clients to identify business problems and translate them into data & AI‑driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Build your own pipeline through active prospecting on the Polish and European markets.

Lead end‑to‑end sales processes (from first contact to closing).

Run consultative sales conversations with business and technology stakeholders.

Identify opportunities in areas such as Modern Data Platforms, Business Intelligence & Reporting (e.g. Power BI / Fabric), AI / Machine Learning / GenAI, Data integration and IoT (where relevant).

Co‑create solutions together with our architects and delivery teams.

Translate business needs into clear value propositions and ROI‑driven cases.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales (IT / data / cloud / consulting preferred).

Proven track record in managing complex, consultative sales cycles.

Experience in solution selling (not body‑leasing mindset).

Ability to build and manage your own pipeline.

Strong collaboration skills with technical teams (architects, engineers).

Understanding of (or strong interest in) areas such as Data platforms / analytics / BI, Cloud (Azure, Databricks, etc.), AI / Machine Learning.

Ability to translate client challenges into business value and concrete solutions.

High level of ownership, proactivity, and independence.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English (Polish required for local market work).

Openness to using AI and modern sales tools.
