The district is seeking qualified Special Education Teachers to support our Extended School Year (ESY) program for K-12 students at Founders’ Hall Middle School.
Program Details
Location:
Founders’ Hall Middle School
Dates:
June 15, 2026 – July 9, 2026 (Set up one week before)
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM
No Program On:
Friday, June 18 and Friday, July 2
Position Overview
ESY Special Education Teachers will provide instruction and support to students with disabilities to maintain critical skills identified in their IEPs. Teachers will implement IEP goals, collect data on student progress, and collaborate with support staff to ensure a structured, supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver specialized instruction aligned to student IEP goals
Implement accommodations and modifications as outlined in IEPs
Monitor and document student progress
Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
Qualifications
Valid Special Education certification
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Additional Information
Compensation: $30 per hour
Positions are contingent upon student enrollment and program needs
