Youth Soccer Instructor/Early Childhood Educator (ages 2‑8)
Soccer Shots (the official two‑to‑five‑year‑old program of US Youth Soccer) is looking to expand our team of dynamic early childhood instructors to accommodate our growth in the Kalamazoo, Portage, and surrounding area.
We operate in preschools, day‑cares, community centers, and public spaces. Class schedules are Monday‑Thursday mornings and afternoons as well as Saturday mornings year‑round. Sessions typically run: morning (8:30 am – 12 pm) or afternoon (3:30 pm – 6:45 pm).

Qualifications
Responsible:
Arrives on time, manages 10+ children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with the Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
Professional:
Neat appearance, friendly and courteous with day‑care staff, director, and parents; self‑assured.
Enthusiastic:
Enjoys interacting with young children (2–8 years old), connects on their level, making the class the best part of their week. Must be outgoing, animated, and able to be silly with the children. Experience with children is required.
Soccer:
Soccer experience is a plus but not required.
Transportation:
Owns reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
Equipment:
Owns and has daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
This is a part‑time position.
