Experience Requirements
The following is a detailed description of the labor category experience that in the judgment of the Navy is required to successfully perform this effort. As described in detail in Section M of the solicitation, the Government will evaluate resumes based on the strength of the proposed individual’s experience and rate the resume accordingly.
Completed a Surface Commander Command tour; or seven (7) years of experience at the warfare commander staff level planning and executing BMD/IAMD operations or planning and executing similar BMD/IAMD training
Five (5) years of experience on capabilities and limitations of AEGIS weapons system baselines
Five (5) years experience on Fleet and Theater Air Defense Commander IAMD publications for BMD Certifications and sustainment exercises
Experience preparing materials and briefs to executive level audiences
Experience supporting planning or execution of BMD operations or exercises
