Project Manager, Climate & Decarbonization Strategy

**Project Execution & Delivery (90%)** The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the hands-on execution and delivery of decarbonization initiatives, energy audits, and regulatory compliance projects. This role will focus on the timely and cost-effective completion of client deliverables. The Project Manager will ensure strong project management practices, maintain effective communication with clients, and foster collaborative relationships to ensure smooth and successful delivery of all projects.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conducting Energy Audits, Retro-Commissioning, or Net Zero Carbon Audits.* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, Architecture, or a similarly applicable field.* Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites including Canada* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis.* Proficiency with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) is required.* Experience with building performance regulations and compliance reporting* Strong understanding of building MEP systems, controls, and energy efficiency measures.* Master’s degree in engineering, sustainability management, or real estate is a plus.* P.E. and/or C.E.M. certification is preferred.* Knowledge of North American building performance standards (e.g., WA CBPS, OR BPS, Boston BERDO) is a significant asset.* Working knowledge of RETScreen is an asset.* Experience with building analysis software (e.g., IES VE, EnergyPlus, DOE2/eQuest, cove.tool) is a plus.At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
