The GM Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities within assigned areas of expertise, while providing leadership and support to the General Management Administrative Staff (GMAS).
Responsibilities
Support the Staff & Administrative Team in driving business results and maintaining Control & Compliance standards.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate business performance results against planned targets.
Build and maintain effective working relationships across internal departments; serve as liaison to identify and resolve issues.
Provide oversight and analysis on key financial strategies and initiatives to ensure participation and compliance.
Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules, and backfill coverage.
Handle confidential material daily with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Remain calm, proficient, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Travel as required (approximately 20%).
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,500 - $80,600.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
