
Sr Supply Business Analyst

Primary Purpose
Provide oversight and perform analysis of supply operations, financial management, eSourcing, and KPI reporting. Identify and implement process improvements and automation of reporting requirements and electronic tools used to support the Supply Chain process.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This position must sit out of our Oakbrook Terrace - IL, Philadelphia - PA, Kennett Square - PA, Chicago - IL, Newark - DE or Baltimore - MD office.
Primary Duties
Implement process and programs that support monitoring and analysis of the Supply Chain processes.
Interface with business unit stakeholders to improve and standardize the complex eCommerce, eBusiness and eSystems data relationships, tools and processes.
Provide guidance and retrieve, validate, and analyze information that supports implementation of the Supply Chain process. Develop and present training on the use of the Supply eSourcing system.
Monitor, manage and analyze various eBusiness systems for data integrity to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. (e.g.; eSourcing, Hyperion Reporting, business cases, performance metrics)
Participate on cross functional and cross business unit project teams in support of changes to business process using existing and new technologies and/or systems.
Develop partnerships with Category Managers and inventory management that support preparation and/or implementation of business cases, sourcing events, vendor management, supply performance metrics, supplier spend analysis, diverse supplier information and analysis; and assist in of day-to-day operating needs.
Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned.
Job Scope
Provide expertise on data collection and analysis as it pertains to the entire supply chain process.
Support the Supply Org. across Exelon interfacing with all levels of the organization both internal and external to Supply.
Travel across Exelon sites and business units, as business needs dictate.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science or related field with 4-7 years' experience or in lieu of a degree, 6-9 years of experience.
Strong PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Asset8, Hyperion).
Strong communicator, written and oral, with strengths in organization and planning.
Knowledge and experience with ERP systems specifically as they apply to the integration of supply management with work mgmt.
Working knowledge of the Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable modules of Passport (Purchasing, Contracts, and Action Tracking); and eSourcing tool.

Business Unit Experience
Leverage and support core Supply technology platforms, including GEP SMART and Asset Suite 8, while demonstrating the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and support new systems and modules as the Supply technology ecosystem evolves.
Manage and support Source to Contract (S2C) projects and strategic sourcing initiatives within the GEP SMART platform.
Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for the GEP S2C platform, including sourcing, supplier management, project management, and reporting modules. Proactively monitor and improve data accuracy, integrity, and system usability.
Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized sourcing tools, templates, and guidance, including RFx templates, buyer instructions, job aids, FAQs, and process documentation aligned with Exelon policies and best practices.
Deliver system training and enablement activities for sourcing and non-sourcing users, including development and facilitation of virtual and in person training sessions, demos, walkthroughs, and knowledge sharing forums.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement by collecting user feedback, identifying process or system improvement opportunities, and partnering with business, IT, and application vendors to enhance functionality and user experience.
Support application roadmap and release management activities, including collaboration with the application provider on future enhancements, functional testing, configuration support, documentation, and communication of new features aligned with Exelon business processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for users related to sourcing best practices, tools, methodologies, advanced RFx strategies, and issue resolution, including support for complex or sensitive sourcing events as needed.
Maintain and analyze system usage and performance metrics, such as RFx activity, supplier participation, and project utilization, to support audits, leadership reporting, and enterprise initiatives.

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $83,200.00/Yr. – $114,400.00/Yr.
