Job Overview
This high-priority, short-term assignment supports Greater Boston region’s primary transit provider. The position is based in Franklin, MA and runs from April to September. Employees will work a standard full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Data Management – accurately enter and organize findings into Microsoft Excel.
Web Research – navigate online platforms to identify and verify logistical information.
Carrier Outreach – conduct professional outbound calls to carriers to confirm specific data points (training provided).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort using various web systems.
Exceptional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills.
Dependable and ready for an immediate in‑person interview.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Environment & Expectations
The setting is a structured, operational office with a strict professional dress code: sleeved shirts, pants in good repair, and closed-toe, non-slip footwear. Employees may work up to 2 hours of overtime per week and must maintain a smoke-free environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $20.50–$21.50. Shift: First. Work hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. No degree required.
Benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan (subject to eligibility).
