We need a sharp, high-energy Procurement Specialist who isn’t afraid of a fast-paced environment. This isn’t just about pushing paper; you’ll be the "air traffic controller" for our materials, managing 50+ POs a day and keeping our field and office teams perfectly in sync.
If you know the Construction world, speak Sage fluently, and love the challenge of negotiating a great deal while keeping the books airtight, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for a fixer, a negotiator, and a team player ready to turn this temp-to-perm role into a long-term home.

salary: $27 - $31 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, including sourcing materials, negotiating competitive pricing, and executing contracts.
Generate and track a heavy volume of Purchase Orders (up to 50 daily) within the Sage ecosystem, ensuring no delays in project timelines.
Rigorously perform three‑way matching (comparing POs to Packing Slips and Invoices) to ensure accounting accuracy and prevent overpayment.
Proactively manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to maximize project profitability without compromising on material quality.
Act as the primary point of contact between Accounting, Estimating, and Project Management teams to align material procurement with strict budgets and deadlines.
