We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Data Input Clerk to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Data Input Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date, supporting various departments including inventory, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems

Update and maintain customer, inventory, and sales records

Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve any discrepancies

Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Perform general administrative duties related to data management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred

Excellent typing speed and accuracy
