Key Responsibilities

Support the Quality Control and Training Administrator with onboarding and ongoing staff training.
Schedule trainings, meetings, and new hire sessions.
Prepare, review, and organize training materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar.
Assist with audits to ensure files and processes meet firm standards.
Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
Provide front office and mail room support as needed.
Review and edit training materials for grammar.
