What We Offer
Pay: $18.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.

Your Responsibilities
Daily Commitment : Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive; restock, organize, and monitor inventory; use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities; interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
Support During Festive Seasons : During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
Department Resets : Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
Teamwork : While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
Walk and stand for most of the shift.
Basic Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
As part of the hiring process, the company participates in the e‑verify process and makes each new employee’s I‑9 information available to DHS for verification.
