Guest Service Representative
The Role As a Guest Service Representative, you assist guests with check ins, check outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service

Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations

Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly

Operate the front desk system and process payments

Communicate with housekeeping and other departments

Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner

Handle guest requests and escalations when needed

Provide local information and general hotel assistance

Strong customer service and communication skills
