
Team Member, Maintenance (Production)

Overview
The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining equipment in the module plant. The incumbent also develops, coordinates, and participates in continuous improvement of equipment.
Responsibilities
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
General Maintenance
Operation of all plant equipment.
Support production regarding equipment.
Perform, complete daily check sheet.
Maintain and perform 3R5S in work areas related to maintenance of property and equipment.
Make a list and repair damaged objects regarding equipment.
Record process data required for ADEM and OEM related equipment.
Perform complete preventive maintenance with SAP work orders.
Perform weekend work plan tasks.
Perform shutdown and holiday work plan tasks.
Make suggestions for improving PM.
Conduct troubleshooting for equipment problems or breakdowns.
Repair equipment as needed.
Complete downtime log for every downtime event.
Complete trouble reports with countermeasure or improvement report.
Communicate with each department regarding maintenance.
Share information for shift change meetings regarding any daily maintenance issues.
Control Personal Protective Equipment (OSHA and Mobis Standards) in charge of shift.
Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards. Report results for check sheet and 3R5S.
Report results for SAP work order, weekend & shutdown, and holiday work plan tasks.
Report related to equipment breakdown issues.
Follow equipment maintenance work standards.
Implement continuous improvements to equipment.
Assisting with new equipment installation with engineering cooperation.
Check and rerecord for lighting measure all of inspection area.
All other duties are assigned.

Qualifications
(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
A high school graduate and 2 more years in maintenance experience
A technical College degree
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Some knowledge of Robots
Some knowledge of Microsoft office
Ability to understand module function in JIT (Just In Time) Manufacturing Environment
Other tasks as assigned
Preferred Education & Experience:
Educated and experience of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for documentation
Excellent people skills to include collaboration in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment
Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success
Certificates, Licences, and Registrations:
None Required
Working Conditions :
Traversing production floor
Use of protective equipment, devices, and clothing
Ascending/descending ladders
Lifting 40-50 lbs.
Possible international travel to Headquarters
Domestic travel to customers, suppliers, or other sites as needed
Overtime and weekend work as needed
