WinnCompanies is looking for a

Receptionist

to join our military housing team at

Tierra Vista Communities at

Peterson Space Force Base , which is located in

Colorado Springs, CO.

In this role, you will act as an administrative resource by providing general leasing, office, and property management support completing a variety of clerical activities.

The pay range for this position is $15.16-$17.00 per hour dependent on experience. Applications will be accepted until Friday, May 1st, 2026 at 5:00PM MT.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone, screens and directs calls.

Provide information to callers.

Greet and direct walk in visitors and customers.

Support Leasing functions including: guiding prospective residents through the website, highlighting pictures, floor plans, application and waitlist status.

Send new applications to prospective residents.

Review applications and forwarding to the appropriate leasing consultant.

Assist other departments in administrative functions or projects as requested.

Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.

Serve as courier when required.

Ensure coverage of office hours and maintaining office supply inventory.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.

A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 year of administrative experience.
