If you take pride in providing dignified, resident-centered care and enjoy building meaningful connections, we’d love to have you on board.* Competitive pay* **Excellent benefits package** including medical, dental, and vision* Paid time off (PTO)* 401(k) retirement plan* Supportive team environment* Opportunities for growth and advancement### **General Purpose**The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, with a focus on assisting residents with showers and personal hygiene needs in accordance with each resident’s care plan, facility policies, and state regulations.### **Essential Duties*** Assist residents with showers, bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene* Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times* Follow infection control and safety protocols* Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff* Assist with transporting residents to and from shower areas* Maintain clean, safe, and organized shower and bathing areas* Document care provided in accordance with facility policies* Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team* Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors### **Qualifications*** Current **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** license in California (required)* Previous skilled nursing experience preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care### **Physical Demands*** Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting* Ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers* Ability to lift/move residents with proper equipment and assistance### **Work Schedule*** Full-Time* Monday–Friday### **Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement**Kern River Transitional Care Center is an equal opportunity employer.
