Customer Support Specialist

to assist clients within the

travel industry . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a flexible, customer-focused environment. In this position, you will support customers with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the booking process, and help deliver a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Assist clients with travel questions, reservations, and general support

Provide accurate information about destinations, policies, and procedures

Deliver professional, friendly, and consistent customer service

Follow company standards and operational guidelines

Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
