We are seeking talented, passionate and experienced
barista team members
to join our team. Baristas have a knack for making people smile and creating memorable experiences. You love working with a team and thrive in a hustle bustle environment! You are proactive by always preparing for what's next—cleaning, stocking, and openly communicating what you need to your team. You are the face of Willa's Provisions and it is your goal to be the happiest part of our guests' day.
Responsibilities
Be the face of Willa's Provisions by delivering friendly, memorable experiences for guests.
Craft quality tea, matcha, and coffee beverages; anticipate guests' needs and communicate effectively with your team.
Work with co-workers to provide the best experience possible for each guest.
Effectively complete opening/closing duties and adhere to Food & Safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and proactive preparation to support the team.
Qualifications & Availability
Schedule: full-time, minimum 4 days per week
Availability: open; must be able to work weekends
Prior experience is preferred, but not mandatory; enthusiasm and teamwork are valued
