Summary
We are seeking a motivated Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced, student-facing role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, career planning, and enrollment while helping them take the next step toward a career in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls
Conduct interviews, campus tours, and assist with enrollment steps
Present program information, outcomes, and student services
Guide students through admissions requirements and financial aid process
Participate in recruitment events (open houses, career days, orientations, etc.)
Maintain follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and success
Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting
Generate referrals and new leads
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required
0–1 year of admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others achieve career goals
